The Roz will be a permanent supportive housing community in Austin’s Parker Lane neighborhood. The Roz will provide high-quality housing and services to support the residents exiting homelessness. Onsite services will be tailored to meet the specific needs of this community.
Affordability Breakdown: 100% of The Roz units will be permanent supportive housing and is expected to include Project Based Vouchers for all units.
Units will feature high efficiency appliances and lighting, hard surface countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, and resilient hard surface flooring. All units will be fully furnished and will include all utilities paid.
Community amenities will include an on-site leasing center, a fully furnished clubhouse with community room, service provider rooms, health screening room, library, cyber lounge and meeting rooms.
Financial partners include TDHCA and the City of Austin.
