Georgian Oaks will be a mixed-income, senior community located in downtown Fort Worth in the former Binyon-O’Keefe Storage Company building. This structure was originally built in 1917 by Sanguinet and Staats and will be preserved and adapted, in addition to one new construction building. The two six-story buildings will provide 102 units of quality, urban affordable housing for seniors, 55+. Georgian Oaks will be in a highly walkable area and is minutes from Sundance Square, The Fort Worth Central Station and the Fort Worth Convention Center.
Affordability breakdown: 100% of Georgian Oaks units will be affordable at 30%, 50%, 60% and 80% area median income.
Units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, tiled tub surrounds, tiled kitchen backsplashes and solid surface counters and flooring.
Community amenities will include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room and kitchen, cyber lounge, leasing center, and fitness center. Elevator-serviced community.
