Saison North is a mixed-income housing community in North Austin’s Gateway neighborhood located at the site of the former NXNW Brewery. This development pays homage to the former brewery through the reuse of building materials and in its design. Saison North provides 116 units of high quality affordable and market rate housing to support a variety of income levels in this fast-growing area.
Affordability breakdown: 70% of Saison North’s units are affordable at 30%, 50%, and 60% of area median income. 30% of the units are available at market rate.
Units feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, solid surface counters and flooring, and are National Green Building Certified.
