June West will be a mixed income community in North Austin’s Brentwood neighborhood. June West will provide 80 units of high quality affordable housing to support families at a variety of income levels.
Affordability: 100% of June West’s units will be affordable at 30%, 50%, 60%, and 80% of area median income.
Units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting and solid surface counters and flooring.
Community amenities will include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room, business center, leasing center, fitness center, and bicycle parking.
Financial partners include TDHCA, City of Austin, and Hudson Housing Capital.
