Kiva East is a mixed-income housing community in East Dallas with direct access to the Sante Fe Trail. Kiva East provides 87 units of high quality affordable and market rate housing to support a variety of income levels in this fast-growing area. Saigebrook Development, LLC has partnered with Bezos Academy to include a Montessori-inspired preschool that provides free, on-site, early childhood education at Kiva East.
Affordability breakdown: 70% of Kiva East’s units are affordable at 30%, 50%, and 60% of area median income. 30% of the units are available at market rate rents.
Units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, solid surface counters and flooring.
Community amenities include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room, splash pad, play area, business center, leasing center, fitness center, and bicycle parking.
Financial partners include TDHCA, City of Dallas, Citi Community Capital, and Hudson Housing Capital.
