Lydle Ridge will be a mixed income senior community located near Lake Arlington. Lydle Ridge will provide 59 units of high-quality affordable housing to support seniors at a variety of income levels.
Affordability breakdown: 89% of Lydle Ridge’s units will be affordable at 30%, 50%, and 60% of area median income. 11% of the units will be available at market rate rents.
Units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, tile kitchen backsplash and tub surrounds, granite kitchen countertops and vanities, and resilient flooring.
Community amenities will include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room, leasing center, library, cyber lounge and meeting rooms.
