Affordability Breakdown: 100% of The Roz units are permanent supportive housing and are expected to include Project Based Vouchers for all units.
Units feature high efficiency appliances and lighting, hard surface countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, and resilient hard surface flooring. All units are fully furnished and include all utilities paid.
Community amenities include an on-site leasing center, a fully furnished clubhouse with community room, service provider rooms, health screening room, library, cyber lounge and meeting rooms.
Financial partners include TDHCA and the City of Austin.
