Maren Grove will be a mixed-income, family community located in Fort Worth in the historic Our Lady of Victory Academy. This structure was originally built in 1910 by Sanguinet and Staats and will be preserved and adapted, with the addition of one new construction building. The two buildings will provide 90 units of quality, affordable housing for families. Maren Grove is in the Shaw-Clarke neighborhood and in close proximity to various community amenities including Capps Park, Walmart, George C. Clarke Elementary School, I-35, and 10 minutes to downtown. Onsite Pre-K education will be open to residents and community.
Affordability breakdown: 100% of Maren Grove’s units are affordable at 30%, 50%, 60% and 80% area median income.
Units feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, solid surface counters and flooring, tiled tub surrounds, and tiled kitchen backsplashes; some units will have high ceilings, historic wood floors, windows and trim.
