Envoy 64 will be a mixed-income, family community located in the MacArthur neighborhood in Irving. The project will commence with reconstruction of the existing Embassy Apartments, originally built in 1964, into a new construction 3-story building which will create 111 units of affordable housing for families with a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units. Additionally, a new amenity center will be added with community gathering space, a fitness center, a kids room, and onsite leasing office. Envoy 64 is located in a highly accessible area off of West Airport Freeway with convenient access to Dallas and Fort Worth. Envoy64 is also located in close proximity to multiple amenities including the Fiesta Mart grocery store, Victorian Park, and several medical clinics, including Baylor Scott & White Medical Center.

Affordability breakdown: 100% of Envoy64’s units will be affordable at 30%, 50%, 60% and 80% of area median income.

Units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, washer and dryer connections, tiled tub surrounds, tiled kitchen backsplashes and stone countertops and luxury vinyl flooring.

Community amenities will include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room and kitchen, leasing center, fitness center, kids’ room, and outdoor courtyard.
