Stella haven is conveniently located 10 minutes from Downtown Denton and in close proximity to many community amenities including Lake Forest Park, Nelson Elementary School, John H. Guyer High School, Golden Triangle Mall, Walmart Supercenter and Medical City Denton.
Affordability breakdown: 100% of Stella Haven’s units will be affordable at 30%, 50%, 60% and 80% area median income.
Units will feature: high-efficiency appliances and lighting, washer and dryer hookups, tiled tub surrounds, tiled kitchen backsplashes and solid surface counters and flooring.
Community amenities will include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room and kitchen, kids’ room, fitness room, cyber lounge, and elevated interior courtyards. Elevator serviced building.
