Irma Park will be a mixed-income, 55+ community located in Fort Worth in the historic Primera Baptist Church, previously North Fort Worth Baptist Church. The three existing buildings are the result of different periods of construction between 1927 and 1953 and will be preserved and adapted, with the addition of one single-story new construction building. The two buildings will provide 84 units of quality, affordable housing for seniors. Irma Park is in the Northside neighborhood and in close proximity to various community amenities including Circle Park, the Northside Community Center, the Fort Worth Public Library – Northside, Downtown Fort Worth and historic Fort Worth Stockyards with many retail and job opportunities.
Affordability breakdown: 100% of Irma Park’s units will be affordable at 30%, 50%, 60% and 80% of area median income.
Units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, washer and dryer connections, tiled tub surrounds, tiled kitchen backsplashes and stone countertops and luxury vinyl flooring.
Community amenities will include a fully furnished community room with warming kitchen, onsite leasing center, fitness center, computer room community designed public art.
