Elysium Grand is a new construction, affordable housing community in Austin, Texas. This 7.1 acre multi-family development consists of 90 units rentable to a variety of income levels. Elysium Grand also has 25 units set aside for Veterans through the VASH program and will have an onsite case manager for those residents.
Affordability breakdown: 76% of Elysium Grand’s units are affordable at 30%, 50%, and 60% area median income. 24% of the units are market rate.
Units feature High-efficiency appliances and lighting, washer and dryer connections, solid surface counters and flooring, tiled tub surrounds, covered entries, balconies/patios, and covered parking.
Community amenities include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room, business center, leasing center, fitness center, playground, and picnic & BBQ stations.
