Delara Chase will be a mixed-income, family community located in the Wedgewood neighborhood of Fort Worth. This community will be located on the site of the Candle Chase apartments originally built in 1970. The existing apartment community has 116 units which will be upgraded along with the exterior façade. A new amenity center will be added, and existing outdoor amenity spaces will be improved. Delara Chase is in close proximity to many amenities including Rosenthal Park, Wedgwood Middle School, Southwest High School, Walmart Super Center, I20 and is 15 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth.
Affordability breakdown: 95% of Delara Chase’s units will be affordable at 30%, 50%, 60% and area median income. 5% Delara Chase’s units will be available at market rate.
Units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, tiled tub surrounds, tiled kitchen backsplashes and solid surface counters and flooring.
Community amenities will include a fully furnished clubhouse with community room and kitchen, business center, leasing center, fitness center, and on-site laundry.
