Winner of the TALHFA 2014 Outstanding Development Award, Amberwood Place is a new construction, garden style, multi-family community located in Gregg County. Consisting of 78 mixed-income units, there are five residential buildings and one clubhouse with amenity/leasing office space. The project was funded using housing tax credits from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
