Consisting of 78 mixed-income units, there are five residential buildings and one clubhouse with amenity/leasing office space. The project was funded using housing tax credits from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
Affordability breakdown: 97% of Amberwood Place’s units are affordable at 30%, 50%, and 80% area median income. 3% of the units are market rate.
Units feature Energy Star appliances, full size washer and dryers, granite countertops, resilient flooring, plentiful storage, spacious closets, and porches/balconies.
Community amenities include a fully-furnished clubhouse with resident entertainment room, swimming pool, fitness center, cyber lounge, covered playground, and picnic & BBQ stations.
