Offering 110-units of urban living, Mistletoe Station also represents a partnership between the City of Fort Worth and Saigebrook Development, where city facilities were upgraded and improved as part of the construction process. The development serves a vital need for affordable housing in central Fort Worth, and contributes to a revitalization of the city’s downtown. The project opened in early 2020.
Affordability breakdown: 70% of Mistletoe Station’s units are affordable at 30%, 50%, and 60% area median income. 30% of the units are market rate.
