McAdams Haven will be a permanent supportive housing community centrally located in the city of Denton. McAdams Haven will provide 84 units of housing and wraparound services in accordance with a permanent supportive housing model to support formerly homeless individuals.
Affordability Breakdown: 100% of McAdams Haven units will be affordable.
Units will feature high efficiency appliances and lighting, hard surface countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, and resilient hard surface flooring. All units will be fully furnished and will include all utilities paid.
Community amenities will include an on-site leasing center, a fully furnished clubhouse with community room, community laundry room, service provider rooms, health screening room, library, cyber lounge and meeting rooms. The site will include a 24-hour monitored entrance desk with controlled access.
