Vi Collina is a mixed-income housing community in Austin’s East Riverside neighborhood, providing 170 units of high quality housing in four buildings. The community provides much-needed affordable housing options for households at a variety of income levels in fast-developing and appreciating Southeast Austin. Through a partnership with the Austin Housing Finance Corporation and the use of 4% Housing Tax Credit financing, this project is able to offer 100% of its units at rents affordable to households making between 30% and 80% of area median income.

Affordability breakdown: 100% of Vi Collina’s units are affordable at 30%, 50%, 60%, and 80% of area median income.
